		<description>It's an unpleasant fact of life that evictions have to happen, But ask yourselves
Is the mortgage company going to care that you are only getting a third or less of the amount due, and the tenant will promise you the moon next week?I am convinced that once a tenant begins to make excuses and flat out lies to the Landlord he is no longer a tenant, he is a problem. You need a no nonsense third party to initiate this eviction because the tenant will automatically associate you with the nice guy.....
When you have a pro doing this you get results like in the above posts.</description>
