I’m in the process of being evicted from a property in the same condition. I have paid on a monthly basis and the landlord was not planing on telling me about what was going on. I have 2 kids my husband lost his job, do you think is fair that I a well paying tenant should go through this? I know there are bad tenants out there but I’m not one them. I can not afford to pay her rent and also move out within 15 days notice, just becuase it’s easier for her to try to sell the property(shortsale). She kept my deposit, so now I have to come up with the money to move into a new place. Tenants should not have to pay for the negligence of the landlord. I have the paper work that shows how much the mortgage is and what I was paying for rent would have never covered the mortgage. Tell me if this is fair, I know life is not fair but there is some thing that I can do. Please advise if possible. Thank you

@ paramountinvestments, when you have a tenant that has not paid the rent for months then you will understand that time is of the essence in order to get them evicted fast. The lanlord has to pay the mortgage payments, association fees, property taxes, ect. and the tenant is living in the property rent free. We help landlords evict them fast and then find a good paying tenant right away to continue to generate cash flow. Sorry if this is shocking to you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

Stumbled upon this blog this morning and felt a bit shocked. Agents in the UK would never advertise on the basis of how quickly they can sort out an eviction with a happy Christmas post in between. But of course we know it is necessary at times and theres no harm in being seasonal too!

Roberto and Ciro - Thanks for your comment. We are now in the process of cleaning, painting and repairing your property in SW. I will rent back out for you as soon as we are finished with the repairs. I will email you the status report. The tenant for your other property in NE has not moved out yet and he will give me the keys by Tuesday. Keep you posted.
