		<description>I'm in the process of being evicted from a property in the same condition. I have paid on a monthly basis and the landlord was not planing on telling me about what was going on. I have 2 kids my husband lost his job, do you think is fair that I a well paying tenant should go through this? I know there are bad tenants out there but I'm not one them. I can not afford to pay her rent and also move out within 15 days notice, just becuase it's easier for her to try to sell the property(shortsale). She kept my deposit, so now I have to come up with the money to move into a new place. Tenants should not have to pay for the negligence of the landlord. I have the paper work that shows how much the mortgage is and what I was paying for rent would have never covered the mortgage. Tell me if this is fair, I know life is not fair but there is some thing that I can do. Please advise if possible. Thank you</description>

Agents in the UK would never  advertise on the basis of how quickly they can sort out an eviction with a happy Christmas post in between. But of course we know it is necessary at times and theres no harm in being seasonal too!</description>
